Who we are
LitigationPrep is a litigation preparation tool, a product of Elider, LLC. Our website is litigationprep.app. Questions about this policy can be directed to legal@litigationprep.app.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you generate an Expert Vulnerability Report, we store the expert information and methodology summary you submit, along with the generated report output. When you use the Cross-Examination Simulator, we store the session transcript, configuration, and end-of-session analysis unless you check "Do not save this session" before beginning, in which case nothing is written to our database.
We do not collect: client names, case numbers, confidential case information, or any information you do not explicitly submit through our tools.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
• Provide and improve the LitigationPrep service
• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Store your generated EVR reports and simulator sessions for retrieval
• Send transactional emails related to your account
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your submitted case information to train AI models. We do not share your EVR reports or simulator session content with any third party.
Data retention
We retain your account information and generated reports for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing legal@litigationprep.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate LitigationPrep: Supabase for database and authentication, Anthropic for AI report generation, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed through our service.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls limiting who can view stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the "Do not save this report" option for particularly sensitive matters.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@litigationprep.app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
